  1. They're beautiful. The old house in Vancouver had a huge plum tree in the back yard that provided enough fruit for preserves all winter.

  3. We have lots of damsons this year, but about 80 percent seem to be inhabited by worms, so far. ... Once you lived in Vancouver?
